You will find default username and password on the sticker at the Wi-Fi extender. Mostly the default Username and Password are admin and password respectively.
4. After successfully logging in, go to setup > wireless settings.
5. Go to Security options and change the value of Password so that it matches to your access point password. Both of them must be exactly the same to work properly.
6. Click Apply.
7. Now reconnect your devices to the NETGEAR Wi-Fi Extender simply via Wi-Fi.
Steps to setup NETGEAR Wi-Fi extender with no Ethernet port:
1. Reset your NETGEAR WiFi extender by holding reset button for 7 seconds.
2. Connect to your NETGEAR WiFi extender to a Computer via WiFi.
3. Follow steps 2-7 from the above section.
4. Reconnect your devices to your NETGEAR WiFi Extender by using wps button or manually connect via WiFi.
