A guest network is a virtual network which let user share the internet among the guest without let them having access to the network. This is a great way to share your internet to outsiders in a limited way and it also helps in isolating your network so that no unwanted person has full access to your network. You can restrict guest network without restricting your existing main network like you can limit the data speeds, block sites or services on the guest network. If you have frequent visitors at your place, Netgear technical support recommends you to setup a guest set up as the process is very simple and it is very handy and it helps managing and controlling the network perfectly.
Setting up Guest network:
- Open an internet browser of your choice from the computer which is connected to the router.
